Returns and refunds

Yours Truly offers 30-day mail-in returns for unused products. To arrange a return, email info@yourstrulywinston.com with your order number before mailing your item.

Yours Truly covers standard return shipping costs. A free return shipping label is included in your package. No restocking fee is charged. Exchanges are supported; contact us to arrange your return or exchange before mailing.

After we receive your returned item, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
