Yours Truly offers free standard shipping to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and international destinations are outside this shipping service.

Orders ship from 835 Reynolda Road NW, Winston-Salem, NC 27104, United States.

Daily order cutoff: 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time (America/Los_Angeles). Orders placed after cutoff enter processing on the next processing day.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Order handling takes 1–3 business days. After dispatch, estimated transit time is 3–7 business days. The estimated total is 4–10 business days. Carrier delays may affect delivery.
